William Eteki Mboumouna

- Born in 1933
- Served as the Secretary-General of the Organization of African Unity from 1974 to 1978.
- He succeeded Nzo Ekangaki, who had served since 1972.
- Edem Kodjo succeeded Eteki, serving until 1983.
- Prior to his work in the OAU, Eteki held the posts of Education and Foreign Minister.
